Student Support

As a Communications@Syracuse student, you will receive a wide range of support services from the time you request information continuing through graduation and beyond.

During the admissions process, a dedicated admissions counselor will provide information on the program, guide you through the application process, and answer any questions you may have.

Upon your acceptance to the program, our student support team will begin to acclimate you to our online learning environment and provide you with technology assistance.

When classes begin, you will work closely with Newhouse faculty, including an academic advisor who will ensure your program is meeting your academic goals.

As a student, you will have access to the same resources as on-campus students, including the Syracuse University Libraries, student services, career services and the alumni network.

Upon completion of the program, you will be invited to participate in the on-campus commencement ceremony on Syracuse University’s beautiful campus in
Central New York.

Once you graduate, you will join the Newhouse alumni network, which includes some of the most recognizable names working in media and communications today.
